There are no words that could express our gratitude to the Lisa Vogel Agency for their help! After my mom fell and broke her leg, I was broken trying to handle everything and exhausted beyond words. The Lisa Vogel Agency saved us! They truly are doing the Lord’s work helping families like this!! The office staff were incredible to work with and our in home aid was loving and dependable! I was hesitant to use an outside care provider for my sick father. I decided to give Lisa Vogel Agency a chance. They exceeded all of my expectations! The care givers were kind, compassionate, sincere and patient! The office staff was equally helpful and very flexible with scheduling! Lisa Vogel Agency was a lifesaver for my mother and for my family. The outstanding care we received over 9 years allowed my mother to live out her life gracefully in her own home. My mother survived the pandemic and more thanks to her caregiver and we knew we could always trust that she was treated with the utmost kindness, compassion, and respect even as her mind began to slip. The staff and caregivers at The Lisa Vogel Agency are wonderful. They have been helping my husband for about 4 years. I have found them so easy to work with. Lisa and her team go above and beyond to help make a difficult situation much easier. Their caregiving team deserves 10 stars. The Lisa Vogel Agency has provided 24/7 care for my uncle for over 2 years.  The office staff is courteous, responsive, available, helpful, and the communication between them and us is excellent.
The caregivers are professional, patient, understanding, do their job well.  We have been blessed with some caregivers who do all of the above with a heart overflowing with love, a priceless gift.

Why aren’t there six stars?  My mother used Lisa Vogel Agency for about 18 months.  She started with just a few hours a day and as her health deteriorated, round the clock care was needed.  There was always an aide.  Every day, every hour was always covered with a caring individual.  During mom’s last days, knowing death was near, the aides were checking on the family as well as making sure mom was comfortable and cared for in a warm and gentle manner. Lisa Vogel was personally very attentive to mom and always spoke with her very kindly.  I highly recommend this agency.

The Lisa Vogel Agency is excellent and truly special. I worked with Lisa and her very professional team to obtain care for my Mom after my Dad passed away 3 1/2 years ago, until my Mom died earlier this month. They found a group of aides who were wonderful: skilled, caring people who understood the needs of a single elderly person who wanted to remain as independent as she could.  Lisa and her team were always responsive and reached out early with any issues.  Billing was efficient and easy to handle. My Mom was so happy with the people caring for her that many of her friends at her independent living community contacted Lisa Vogel when they had a need. Lisa visited my house and met my late wife Mariana--she explained how the organization worked, and then jumped on the phone with me and talked to the Long Term Insurance company and saved me the agony of doing it. I don’t know what I would do without The Lisa Vogel Agency. When I broke my legs I had an amazing caregiver to help get me back on my feet. When I needed help with my Dad, I called them again and had caregivers in place the same day..Now with my mom getting older I needed help for mom. The Lisa Vogel Agency is an amazing home care agency. The staff are kind, caring and super responsive and Lisa Vogel personally goes above and beyond to make her clients have the best experiences with her staff. Lisa and her staff assist their clients with insurance issues, specific care issues and long term plans that work for each of their clients and their families. The Lisa Vogel Agency employs the most caring, compassionate, conscientious and competent caregivers in our region.  It provided  so much comfort to me to know that my mother was receiving the best possible care as her health declined.  I know that the kindness and skill of her caregivers added life to her remaining years. I will always be grateful that I found Lisa and her team when I realized that my mom needed more assistance with the tasks of daily living.  Lisa was also very helpful with the paperwork necessary to initiate the claim for long term care benefits for my mom which would have been an overwhelming task otherwise. From the first time I reached out to Lisa Vogel, I felt at ease.  Lisa and her staff is professional, compassionate and incredibly responsive.  Calls are returned within minutes (even after hours) and my family's needs were always a priority.  My mother has benefited from the highest caliber of care--her caregivers were simply lovely, warm, kind people who anticipated her every need.  More than that, they provided a huge sense of relief to my father and our family during a very stressful and difficult time.  My only regret is that I did not call Lisa sooner--we used other agencies and there is simply no comparison. We are now coming up on one year of working with the Lisa Vogel Agency [LVA] to care for my father who suffers from dementia complicated by a fractured pelvis.  Due to his risk for falls, we decided to engage LVA to supplement the care Dad receives from our family and at his comprehensive care facility.  I cannot speak highly enough of the service LVA has provided.  From Jonathan Goldman's outstanding assistance in dealing with long care insurance, caregiver scheduling and handling a number of emergency situations, to the consistently knowledgeable, thoughtful and loving personal care provided by Dad's caregivers, Beatrice and Bessie, LVA's service has been superb. The LIsa Vogel Agency is better than 5 stars!  Lisa Vogel is involved and helpful in every way.  We have had caregivers through Lisa Vogel for at least 6 years.  Lisa worked with us when we needed care for my mother and father.  My mother passed away but we know that she was cared for every minute by warm, caring , knowledgeable caregivers.  My father needs care in a different way and we have had the same caregiver for the last 3 years.  She is loyal and kind and feels like a member of our family.  I have referred several friends who needed care for their parents and everyone is as happy as we are. The Lisa Vogel Agency took care of every aspect of our mothers situation.  They handled the paper work for her long term care and got us the BEST aid, Margaret!!!  We never had a minute of worry that there would not be coverage even in an emergency.  I would recommend this agency VERY HIGHLY!!! Their caregivers are  caring , knowledgable, kind to all Family and friends that have contact with them and are a pleasure to have with us at home. I would recommend the Lisa Vogel Agency to anyone who is in need of in home care. Five years ago, I needed assistance with my mother. Lisa Vogel met with me and I hired her immediately. Her compassion and conscientiousness has always impressed me. She always puts her clients needs first and is meticulous with regards to submitting paperwork. Her caregivers are very responsible, dedicated, kindhearted, professional and their sensitivity to the needs of my mother have been amazing.
