Q: Can we meet the caregiver before we begin the services?
A: If time allows, we encourage a "meet and greet" to allow families and caregivers to get acquainted with one another and the details of the assignment.
Q: When can you start care?
A: In most instances, we can start care within eight to twelve hours of your request for services. We understand the need for care can come up quickly and we attempt to respond immediately.
Q: What happens if the condition of my family member changes, and they need a higher level of care?
A: When conditions change, our partnership with a Medicare certified company allows us to arrange skilled care as needed. Our extensive connections in the home care community give you ready access to a host of complementary services and resources.
Q: What are your rates for service?
A: Our rates for service depend on the level of care required to keep your family member safe and comfortable. Please call for current rate information.
Q: How does billing work?
A: Every week we send an invoice to the individual who will be taking care of payments.
Q: Do I sign a contract for services?
A: No, you do not sign a contract. You sign an agreement, which states that you only pay for services rendered.
