Paid Holidays
Premium Pay at a rate of one and a half regular hourly rate for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Employee of the Company
Entitled to benefits such as: Health Insurance, Unemployment, Workers’ Compensation, and Overtime.

Pay Rate Increase for Good Performance
We are constantly evaluating the performance of our employees and reward those who have shown excellent performance accordingly.

Flexible Schedules
Work when it suits you best with our flexible scheduling options.

Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit
We pay all of our employees the Friday after time has been submitted for the prior week. Employees have online access to each week’s pay details.

Referral Program
We offer a bonus when an employee’s referral has been hired and works consistently for the agency. There is no limit to the number of referrals. Applicants must mention your name at the initial call/on the application.

Optional Benefits
Each employee has voluntary access to the following coverages: Disability, accident, life, critical illness insurances, and cancer coverage. Employees can also register for a 401K program with a company match.
